Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

To evaluate functioning of ovaries or testicles, infertility, ovulation , early or delayed puberty and to evaluate the pituitary gland function in children.

In women, to evaluate infertility, irregular or heavy menstrual periods, to track ovulation during the menstrual cycle. In men, to evaluate infertility, low sperm count, low muscle mass or decreased libido. When a pituitary disorder or hypothalamic disorder is suspected, when a child has delayed or early puberty.
